NEWLANDS PUB RUN – 10K

This fun, social run will first take you up, up …. and more up on a very beautiful path through Newlands path to reach the boardwalk contour path, about 500m above Cape Town. Enjoy some lovely, fairly flat trail running along boardwalk & single track before dropping down to Rhodes Memorial, to learn some history of this colourful South African character, before heading through a small section of the University of Cape Town, with its incredible backdrop of Table Mountain.

From there we will run through the suburbs of Rondebosch & Newlands, ending up at a traditional English pub, The Forester’s Arms, where you can enjoy some beer tasting at their Nouveau Cellar ….
Beer & running, what a combo, it doesn’t get much better than this!
